1. Purpose
These Terms of Sale define the conditions under which Salair offers its online services via https://salair.fr.
2. Services
Salair provides a SaaS platform for freelancers and sole traders, including:
- invoice creation,
- payment tracking,
- URSSAF declarations (for France),
- and other administrative tools.
Some services are only available through a paid subscription.
3. Pricing
Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT).
Salair may update prices at any time, with prior notice to subscribers.
4. Payment
Payment is made securely by credit card via Stripe.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled by the user before the renewal date.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital services that are immediately delivered or personalized.
6. Cancellation
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the user dashboard.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Salair may suspend or terminate a user account for non-payment or misuse.
7. Liability
Salair strives to provide high-quality services, but cannot be held liable for disruptions outside its control (e.g., maintenance, force majeure).
8. Personal data
All data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be brought before the courts of Salair’s registered office.
